LTAL 2023 Regulārās sezonas 4. posmā Rīgā pieteicās 54 + 2 spēlētājas, kuras kopumā veidos 2 līgas:

LTAL 2023 B līga - 4. posmam nepieteicās:

Tournament format:

Three set games to victory in two sets
Game term of play 10 days
Game time and place - to be agreed between opponents (except stage Finals game and game for 3rd place)
A Tiebreak to 7 or Supertiebreak to 10 may be played at a score of 1:1 (preferably agreed upon prior to game)
Players self-referee own game
Players are responsible for making their own tennis court reservations and fee payments
A game is played for each place in the tournament
